His work is grounded in a rigorous engineering foundation built over more than a decade as a mechanical engineer contracting with the Department of Defense before transitioning to the biomedical field.
Tim Becker, PH.D.

Tim has spent over two decades at the forefront of neurovascular device development, bringing deep technical and clinical insight to every stage of the design process. He has successfully navigated a device from concept to acquisition, giving him firsthand understanding of what it takes to build technology that earns the trust of both surgeons and strategic partners. As a professor at Northern Arizona University, Tim has spent more than a decade mentoring the next generation of medical device engineers — a commitment that reflects both his passion for the field and his investment in its future.

Andrew is a neurointerventional surgeon with over 20 years of experience in stroke treatment and care. As Principal Investigator of stroke research at Barrow Neurological Institute, one of the world’s leading neuroscience centers, he brings both frontline clinical expertise and rigorous research experience to the team.

VP of Technical Operations and Quality
Sophia brings five years of dedicated medical device R&D and quality experience to the team, with specialized expertise in device coatings — a critical element in the performance and biocompatibility of next-generation neurovascular technology. Her dual fluency in both the technical and quality sides of device development gives her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to move a device from early design through regulatory-ready production.

Kailey Lewis

Kailey brings five years of medical device experience spanning both early-stage startups and large industry players, with specialized expertise in next-generation catheter technologies. Her background across both ends of the industry gives her a practical understanding of how to develop and scale devices in environments ranging from lean and fast-moving to highly resourced and process-driven.
